A large African based retail business is seeking to employ a Systems Analyst within the Business Solutions Team, based in Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.
The main purpose of the job will be to maintain and develop required enhancements to the Enterprise Planning and/or Demand and Fulflment systems and to provide planning information and support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and Implementation of enhancements to the Enterprise Planning and/or Demand and Fulflment systems to support the business needs
- Ensure that scheduled process tasks are performed timeously
- Communication to users regarding system changes and enhancements
- Testing and implementation of system changes and enhancements
- Training manual development and maintenance
- Facilitation of training workshops
- Provide support to users
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems will be highly desirable.
- Experience of working on Planning Tools (e.g. Enterprise Planning from Blue Yonder or Demand and Fulflment from Blue Yonder) will be highly advantageous.
- Retail planning experience and experience in replenishment will be an advantage.
- Programming experience or knowledge thereof will be an advantage.
Salary: R50 to R60k CTC basic per month, dependent on skills and experience.
