Excellent opportunity for a strong and dynamic Administrator/Coordinator to join an established property investment business based in Paarl, Winelands, Western Cape.

Our client is looking for very organised Administrator with excellent communication skills that will act as the administrative link between the various divisions in the company, their clients, and the property developers.

Previous administration experience in one or all the following will be highly desirable: Property Development, Bond Origination, Property Transfers, Conveyancing, Legal Practice, or any other relevant field.

You must have excellent attention to detail, have a grasp for numbers and must be able to get things done on your own as well as part of a team.

Salary – The salary for this mid-level role will be fully negotiable based on skills and experience.
