A boutique recruitment personnel business based in Somerset West, Western Cape is seeking to employ an Office Administrator & Junior Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

The main responsibilities will include the following:

  • General office, finance & recruitment administration (Basic salary)
  • Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing and shortlisting (Commission earnings)

Other responsibilities that can be added over time:

  • Talent sourcing for specific clients
  • Online advertising and marketing
  • New business generation

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification will be beneficial, but not essential
  • Prior admin and office administration experience essential
  • IT/Microsoft literate
  • Excellent English & Afrikaans communication skills
  • Outgoing customer service orientated personality
  • Willingness to learn recruitment & talent sourcing skills if you do not have it at this stage.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing will be a massive benefit, but not essential.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
