Latitude Resource is looking to expand its recruitment team and would like to employ an organized, ambitious self-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team. We are based in Somerset West, Cape Town but operate throughout Southern Africa.
If you enjoy the candidate sourcing side of recruitment and not so much finding new clients, this will be an ideal opportunity for you as the business will provide you with most of the clients and roles. Your role will mostly be sourcing for candidates and account managing our clients.
We are open to employ graduate, junior or senior Consultants and will adapt the package accordingly.
Location - Office based in Somerset West, or work from home.
