An established and niche market research business is seeking to employ a Head of Digital/CTO to join their business and management team on a permanent basis.
Market sectors include Retail, Banking, Insurance, Property and Consumer Insights.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s technology and digital strategy: To include Data monetization, Digital product development, Change management & Infrastructure
- Develop and improve technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Managing the company's technology resources, budgets/target, KPI’s.
- Driving innovation to improve the company’s products and service offerings (DaaS and SaaS).
- Monetization of proprietary data assets (DaaS and SaaS).
- Guide and manage new product development through to commercialization stage.
- Work closely with the other executive and departments in the business to ensure integration, adoption and ROI.
- Manage a team of technical experts, ranging from developers, data analysts, data scientists, data capturers, software architects etc.
- Communicate technology strategy to employees, partners and investors.
- Lead client engagements in line with the company’s Go-To-Market strategy
- Manage outsourced functions.
- Have a good understanding and experience with contracting within the data/technology product space (DaaS, SaaS).
- Use customer feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology and products.
- Strong experience in data management and setting standards (SOP’s).
- Improve quality assurance and data protection processes.
- Experience in the field of Location/Spatial Intelligence and its associated advancements and applications in AI.
Salary: Market related and negotiable salary package, plus short- and long-term incentives.
