An established property and accounting business based in Strand, Western Cape is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join their business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing financial transactions, assisting with preparing reports and attending to administration.

The Financial Administrator will play a key role in ensuring that the financial operations are efficient, accurate and aligned with business goals and work alongside and assist the Financial Manager/Director with handling day-to-day financial and administrative duties for related companies and clients.

Previous experience in admin and accounting assistance will be advantageous as well as Foundation Diploma or Certificate in Finance.

Software skills:

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Pastel Partner, SARS e-filing
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Compile and submit files with required documentation to director
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and debtors
