An expanding Commercial Property Valuations business is seeking to employ a Candidate Valuer in Cape Town as well as in Johannesburg.
Requirements
- Bsc Property Studies Degree, completed or enrolled, will be highly desirable.
- Other property related qualifications will be considered.
- Enrolled in a Property Valuation Course, accredited by the SACPVP is a must.
- Experience in commercial property valuations will be highly desirable, but not essential at this stage.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport is a must.
- Willingness to travel across South Africa if and where needed.
- Own laptop and internet connection will be required as this is a work from home position with period contact with the divisional managers at their offices.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Driven client & quality focused attitude.
Salary: Attractive and market related remuneration package, negotiable, dependant on skills and experience.
