An established and rapidly expanding transport and logistics brokering business based in Bellville, Cape Town is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join their team.


  • Assisting the Creditors Team in managing Creditors book:
  • Processing all pod, matching pod’s to correct load
  • Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure pod’s are received on a timely basis from transporters
  • Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and pod
  • Supplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountant
  • Requesting pod’s by means of emails and phone call
  • Any other request by the Accountant or Assistant accountants
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Telephone duties, this entail answering and directing calls.
  • Any other ad hoc admin duties required.


  • Matric with Finance subjects preferred.
  • Credit clerk or finance or transport admin experience will be highly desirable

Salary: R9000 to R11000 dependant on skills and experience.
