An established and rapidly expanding transport and logistics brokering business based in Bellville, Cape Town is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Creditors Team in managing Creditors book:
- Processing all pod, matching pod’s to correct load
- Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure pod’s are received on a timely basis from transporters
- Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and pod
- Supplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountant
- Requesting pod’s by means of emails and phone call
- Any other request by the Accountant or Assistant accountants
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Telephone duties, this entail answering and directing calls.
- Any other ad hoc admin duties required.
Requirements:
- Matric with Finance subjects
- Certificate or Diploma in Finance will be beneficial
- Credit clerk experience will be highly desirable
Salary: R8000 to R11000 dependant on skills and experience.
