Responsibilities:
Finance duties:
- Bring the books to trial balance
- Data Capture, maintain financial records
- Assist with payroll
- Invoicing
- Debtors function
- Creditors function
- Reconciling Payments
- Deposit Refunds
Property Admin
- Obtaining monthly levy and rates accounts from municipalities and property managers
- Drafting of lease documentation
- Loading of tenants, owners, properties
- Letters of demand and notices to vacate
- Liaising with clients
- Warning letters
- Ad hoc duties if required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Great administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Experience with PASTEL
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software
- Sectional Title experience / knowledge will be an advantage
Salary: R14k – R17k p/month, dependant on skills and experience
