An excellent opportunity exists for a Payroll Administrator at a small - medium size fast growing well-established Accounting firm. This firm is seeking to permanently employ Payroll Administrator to their team.
They operate within a large variety of industries, ranging from, accounting, tax administration and planning, business and transactional consulting, secretarial services, wills, estate planning and administration.
Required Skills:
- Weekly and Monthly payroll for a portfolio of clients
- Preparing monthly EMP201
- EMP501 report submission
- Statutory reporting- SARS ETI UIF SDL, Workman’s compensation reporting
- Ensuring all staff files are up to date and kept confidential at all times
- Ensuring compliance with Labour legislation – minimum wage etc.
- Ensuring compliance with EE
- Issuing of payslips
- All payroll reconciliations to be completed out of payroll system
- Monthly reconciliations of the leave balances
- Monthly journal prepared for the leave pay provision
Requirements
- Relevant formal qualifciations & experience
- Simple Pay knowledge
- Advanced computer literacy
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- 2 -3 years experience in Payroll
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Salary: R15k – R20k p/month, dependant on skills and experience
