An excellent opportunity exists for a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join a small business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing financial transactions, assisting with preparing reports and attending to administration. The Financial Administrator will play a key role in ensuring that the financial operations are efficient, accurate and aligned with business goals and work alongside and assist the Director with handling day to day financial and administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration
- Liaise with clients
- Finance data capturing
- Other admin & finance related responsibilities
- Assist in compiling monthly reports
- Assist with payroll data capturing
Requirements:
- Matric and Diploma or Certificate in Finance / Accountant / Bookkeeping will be an Advantage
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Pastel Partner, (SARS e-filing)
- Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English).
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Ability to deal with pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid license and own transport.
- Advanced computer skills essential

Salary: R10k – R13k p/month neg, depending on skills and experience
