A great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper at a well-established company in the residential property fund industry. The company is situated in Somerset West, Helderberg.
Requirements:
- Be able to work accurately in a high volume, time line driven environment.
- Processing and paying of invoices.
- Processing and reconciliation of bank statements
- Allocating receipts to various customer accounts.
- Basic accounting knowledge to Trial Balance.
- Processing financial year end of the individual books
- Liaising with auditors on queries.
- Processing auditor journals.
- Raising and approving of clients debit orders and levies.
- Dealing with various client enquiries
- Sending out customer statements
- Office administration duties
- Reconciliation Petty Cash
- Adhoc duties
Qualification:
- Degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent
- 3 years’ previous experience as an accountant / bookkeeper / assistant accountant
Software skills:
- Pastel Partner, Microsoft Excell, Outlook.
Salary: R16k – R18k p/month, dependant on skills and experience
