An well-established apartment building located in Strand, Helderberg area is seeking an experienced Building Caretaker to oversee the day-to-day management and operations their medium-sized residential property.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations including staff
- Provide quotes for maintenance issues
- Oversee the Maintenance and repair companies work
- Oversee Building’s security teams and systems.
- Assisting with security compliance
- Liaison with Tenants and assisting with queries
- Managing petty cash
- Manage staff Salaries and Leave
- Work out shifts for Security, Cleaning and Maintenance staff
- Building compliance, making sure the property is meeting the safety requirements.
- Assist with admin (Building or personal)
Requirements
- Experience within a similar position will be highly desirable
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Strong Admin skills
- Ability to work in a team as well individual
Salary: R12 – R15k p/month dependant on skills and experience
