A small to medium sized tax and accounting practice in Somerset West & Stellenbosch is wanting to employ an experienced Practice Accountant on a permanent basis.
They are open to consider 1) junior accountants who just completed their relevant articles and looking for their first role outside of articles or 2) more senior experienced practice accountants that either want to move from one practice to another or even want to merge their small practice with this client.
The salary scale listed below will purely be based in experience.
Requirements & experience
- Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting
- Completed relevant professional articles in SAIPA, SAICA or SAIBA/CIMA
- Professionally registered with SAIPA or SAIBA/CIMA
- Work experience between 3 to 20 years.
- Experience in an professional accounting or audit practice is a must.
- Systems: Caseware Cloud, Xero Accounting Software & Profsoft
Salary - R25,000 to R50,000/month, based on qualifications and experience.
